Now that October is over, we’ve updated our analysis of the death data and the impact of KDHE’s reconciliation process.
KDHE was missing up to 200 ICU beds in the data published on October 29. The data eventually showed up after we asked about it – with no notice to users.
The data seems to suggest that citizens are doing their job to flatten the curve. Hopefully, government leaders will keep that in mind when making decisions that impact our daily lives.
