At Cornerstone we've specialized in data tools and languages that help us interact with your data. As Microsoft Partners, we are backed by some of the brightest technologists on the planet – with access to secure, stable, mature protocols and support when needed.

We are early adopters of Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory - allowing us to quickly setup Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) and ELT processes to securely ingest data from various sources into a single warehouse or data mart for you to use in your decision-making. Using smart data tools allows us to focus our time on your analysis and visualizations rather than on expensive ETL processes dependent on expensive teams to support.

  7. Compliance. Licensee shall comply with, and shall cause its personnel to comply with, all applicable foreign and United States federal, state and local laws, licenses and regulations related to or arising out of the Master Services Agreement, including, without limitation and as applicable, all laws and regulations related to promotion of pharmaceutical products, fraud and abuse, insider trading, discrimination, confidentiality, false claims and prohibition of kickbacks. Licensee acknowledges that it will be relying upon its own legal counsel and accountants for advice on compliance with applicable laws and accounting requirements. It is Licensee's obligation to inform Licensor of any legal requirements applicable to the Software and to assess the Software to ensure that such legal requirements are satisfied. Licensee will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Licensor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and authorized contractors for any losses suffered by Licensor as a result of Licensor relying on any information provided by Licensee regarding the legality of the manner in which Licensee conducts its business.
  8. Governing Law. The Master Services Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and all disputes hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas as applied to transactions taking place wholly within Kansas between Kansas residents. The Kansas state courts of Sedgwick County, Kansas (or, if there is exclusive federal jurisdiction, the United States District Court for the Sedgwick County District of Kansas) shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of the Master Services Agreement, and Licensee hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
  10. Waiver. Failure of either party at any time to enforce any of the provisions of the Master Services Agreement shall not per se constitute a waiver by that party of any such provision nor in any way affect the right of such party to enforce such provision at any other or subsequent time.
  11. Entire Agreement. The Master Services Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties and cancels and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, understandings, and agreements (both oral and written).

What good is your data if you can’t use it to make decisions?

Our favorite part of the creating a database might be accessing the data for analysis and reporting. We have created everything from quick real-time dashboards for managers to historical trend reports for C-Suite employees. Our team knows you need to have the data you need at the moment you need it. You don’t want to depend on someone being in the office to produce that report, and you can’t afford a full-time employee whose only job is to gather data manually to create those reports.

We work with your team to make the best choice of reporting tool – we have even created our own tools for merging editable documents with data automatically!

  • Document Imaging Archiva

We have created all kinds of apps – things that run on your laptop computer, programs that run at a specified time on a server or in the cloud, web applications that manage a process for your external users, and more recently mobile apps.

You may be reading about those types of applications and wondering – how do I know what is the best solution for my problem? We work with each of our clients to determine the best solution for their application. Based on our conversations with you and your team, we’ll make a recommendation and give you all the pros and cons so you can make the best decision for your company.

Every time you access a website, you are interacting with someone’s hosting service. Simply put, a hosting service is a business that provides the technologies and services you need to store or access your website, mobile app, or database. Some of our clients choose to host their own internet solutions – but this can be cost prohibitive for small to mid-size businesses.

Services like Microsoft’s Azure allow small to mid-size businesses have access to cloud-based applications for a fraction of the cost because it eliminates the capital expense of buying the hardware and hiring someone else to set it up and keep it running.

Most of our clients who use the cloud with us choose Microsoft’s Azure. Once you read about their compliance, easy integration with development tools, and security, it’s not hard to see why we prefer it over many other options out there.
